FREEING OURSELVES – Ritual of Self-Forgiveness

December 19, 2018 By Terra

Young woman open in the woods-Open to life-freeing ourselves -forgiveness

Freeing Ourselves: A Ritual of Self-Forgiveness with Jyoti Wind

In that deep place in our hearts, can we forgive those places where we have harbored guilt, given it a safe haven, and continued with our own self-uncaringness.

One by one,as we let go of the stories that we carry about ourselves, we can let go of guilt, blame and unforgiveness.

You can work with your own inner process.

“Nothing takes the place of forgiveness.
Because the energy of forgiveness always comes before change. Any time anyone has ever changed anything of substance about themselves – the energy of forgiveness was there to lead the way. Whether they realized it or not, they felt the energy of forgiveness, and something inside was forgiven before the change could even occur.
Either they got lucky and stumbled onto the energy of forgiveness, or else they took the time to consciously and sincerely forgive themselves.”

– Dolores Huerta

RECLAMATION MEDITATION for Reclaiming Parts of Yourself

July 3, 2018 By Terra

Reclamation Meditation by Jyoti Wind

We all lose parts of ourselves through different life interactions. This meditation will help you reclaim them. An alternative to having soul retrieval done by someone else.  9:01

When we have emotional attachments, in our relationships with other people, we give some of our energy to that other person.

In a romantic relationship, we, poetically, give a piece of our heart to that other being. If a break-up happens, we need to reclaim that ‘piece of our heart’ from that other person, so that we can be more complete within ourselves.

When we have been mistreated, humiliated, embarrassed, abused, we lose parts of our energy. We are reduced to feeling ‘less than.’

In order to feel complete, to be in our power for the decisions life will ask of us, we need to have all of our pieces back. We need to reclaim ourselves, so that we are whole wherever we stand on the planet.

Whether through a shamanic journey or a meditation, reclaiming our pieces back, is an act of empowerment and we become whole.
