AMULETS
- Have supplies that are meaningful to you: speaking to the inner world with these types of tools:
- Herbs: basil, rue, marigold, garlic, copal are common to Belize. I will use rose, marigold, garlic
- Stone: crystals, meaningful stones or gems
- Smudge: with cleansing-banishing herbs or nurturing-attractive herbs – burn on a coal; be sure the smoke detectors won’t go off!
JOURNEY – to plant spirit – ask for and commune with a protector Plant.
