- The Initial Health Consultation (about 2 hours) will gather information about your constitution and current conditions through history questions, seeing & hearing you (either in person or via video meeting), and pulse readings (in person visits).
What You’ll Receive
Suggestions shared will come from Ayurveda, Maya Abdominal Therapy, Flower Essences and other Energy Healing methods. Ayurveda covers all aspects of daily self care as well as treatments for current concerns – diet, exercise, herbal therapies, self massage, energetic point massage, and more according to your needs.
At the visit some basic support suggestions will be given.
You’ll also receive via email in the following couple of day an extensive booklet which will teach you about the original support suggestions and also further suggestions and information about how and why to do them. These suggestions may cover not only your current health concerns, but also your general health and balance into the future.
The Process When You Sign Up
After Terra receives notice of your payment and email, she will email you to schedule your consultation, whether in person in Grand Junction, CO or at a distance, via Zoom.
Then she’ll email you a disclosure form and a history form to fill out and send back before the visit. She’ll get your phone number.
Before the scheduled visit, you’ll receive an email with a link to join in the video meeting, when needed. You’ll also receive an invoice through Paypal which you can conveniently pay with a credit card on-line, or you can pay through Venmo.
