This lecture covers Ayurvedic support for pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Ancient techniques are blended with Terra’s midwifery knowledge and experience. Originally presented to the Colorado Ayurvedic Medicine Association, it will make more sense if you know some Ayurveda. (approx. 2 hour class)
