Through shamanic journey and ceremony, we can ask Helping Spirits and Friends in the spirit world to increase your power, protection, and comforting support. In this way subtle healing can take place. The purpose of shamanic work is healing of the soul.

Terra has done formal shamanic work and studies since 2014, after realizing she was spontaneously working with Helping Spirits in her hands-on healing work. She’s been led by these embodied teachers: Miss Beatrice Waight, Rosita Arvigo, Sandra Ingerman, Hank Wesselman, Jyoti Wind, and Paul Francis . And her Helping Spirits in the three worlds guide her work.
