This session begins with Terra sharing the shamanic tools she uses to ground her experience into the physical world.
Then there is a journey to your personal Sacred Garden. This is a Middle Spirit World journey to a safe space. If you are new there, explore what you find or adding features you may like. If you are returning, notice how it has changed as you have changed and grown. Call upon your Animal Helper or other Helper Spirits to visit you here.
